Alan GeoffreyWILBOURNAlan died peacefully in St Catherine's Hospice, Crawley, on Tuesday 19 May 2020, aged 69, with Christine by his side. Brother of Mary, Brenda, Colin and Anne, a mate to many, and best friend of Christine for nigh on 25 years. Cremation on Thursday 4 June 2020 at 3pm, with video link available (details from kiraz@post.com). Donations may be made directly to the hospice at stch.org.uk Thank you to all those who knew and loved Alan for being the interesting, erudite, intelligent, competent man he was - not forgetting, of course, that legendary acerbic wit! Dearest Christine,

Alan was a top chap,. I knew him from being a teenager in the pub where he used to work in Hertford. He was always polite no matter how difficult we were. He was always interesting, good company and we will miss him very much. Hertford won't be the same without him. Steve has donated to the hospice. Thinking of you and his family in this difficult time.
