MeganJONESDymunwn fel teulu ddiolch o waelod calon am yr holl garedigrwydd a chydymdeimlad a ddangoswyd i ni yn ein profedigaeth o golli mam, mam yng nghyfraith, nain a chwaer annwyl ac arbennig iawn. Gwerthfawrogir y llu o gardiau, galwadau ffon ac ymweliadau a diolchwn i pawb a gyfrannodd er coffadwriaeth am Megan - swm o £413.32 tuag at Gartref Preswyl Garreglwyd. Diolch i'r Parchedig Gerallt Lloyd Evans am ei wasanaeth yng Nghapel Tabor ac hefyd Mrs Elspeth Pritchard yr organyddes Diolch arbenning i ofalwyr Cartref Preswyl Garreglwyd am y gofal tyner a charedig a roddwyd i Megan dros y blynyddoedd diwethaf. Diolch hefyd i Gareth, Dylan a'i staff o Griffith Roberts a'i Fab am ei trefniadau trylwyr.

As a family we wish to express our heartfelt thanks for all kindness and sympathy we received following the loss of a very dear mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, and sister. The array of cards and numerous phone calls and visits were hugely appreciated, and we thank everyone who contributed in memory of Megan - a sum of £413.32 towards Garreglwyd Residential Home. Thank you to the Reverend Gerallt Lloyd Evans for his service at Tabor Chapel and also Mrs Elspeth Pritchard the organist. We would like to thank in particular the carers at Garreglwyd Residential Home for the tender and kind care they gave to Megan over the last few years. Thank you also to Gareth, Dylan and their staff at Griffith Roberts and Son for their professional funeral arrangements.
