CarlBUTTERWORTHAKA DJ CARL CARLTON Christine and family would like to say a huge thank you to all who attended Carl's funeral we were overawed by the support and friendship. Thank you for all the flowers, cards and letters that the family received. A big thank you to the Locala Care Team, the District Nurses and especially Kirkwood Hospice for their care and support. Thank you to all who donated to the Hospice, thanks to Lynne Green for her warm and comforting service. Also to The Taylor Funeral Home for their help and support. Carl didn't want a funeral, he wanted a party, and by gum he certainly got one! Thanks to all his loving friends and family. A big thank you to John Johnson for putting on a great photo montage and terrific disco. Finally a huge thank you to Stretch and Rachel for their care and support to all the family and especially to Carl who they endlessly cared for from start to finish. Again, thank you to everyone from Chris Sykes.
