Margaret (Joan Margaret)MARKHAMPeacefully after a short illness, in the care of Diana Princess of Wales Hospital. Grimsby, Margaret aged 90 years.

Dearest mum of Shirley and Helen, mother-in-law of Keith, much loved Grandma of Gary, Peter, Alex, Jon, Tim, Heidi and their partners. Cherished Great Grandma of Braden, Kedem, Sapphire, Hayden, Kieran, Finley, Benjamin, Lily, Lucas, Jake and Isla. Beloved Sister of the late Phyllis, Auntie of an extended family throughout the UK and Australia.

Margaret was a friend to many and will be sadly missed. She is now resting safely with the Lord and reunited with her much loved mum and dad.

A private committal will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 29th April followed by a thanksgiving service at St Giles, Church Lane, Scartho, Grimsby at 10.30am where all are welcome.

Family flowers only by request however a donation in Margaret's memory may be sent to Dementia UK or The British Heart Foundation or placed in the donation box provided after the service.

At the family's request please wear bright colours.

I loved this lady, she was so kind, articulate and we shared many memories of events down Homefield Avenue from my childhood. My condolences to Shirley, Helen and all the family. The world has lost a genuine, sincere good one. Rest in peace Mrs Markham x
