Funeral service to be held on Monday 21st November 2011, 11.30 a.m. at Lodge Hill Crematorium. Family flowers only but donations if desired to The Leiomyosarcoma Foundation care of the family.

I just found out about the very sad passing of a truly wonderful, beautiful lady I once knew and worked with many years ago. I offer my sincere condolences to her family and friends. I am shocked, I am sadden, but I am blessed I knew her and think of her always. R.I.P Sarah, a dear lady.
