Dearly loved Wife of Dennis.
Much loved Mum of Chloe, Jade and Luke.

Funeral service to take place on Thursday 9th May at the Lelley Fields Crematorium 11.30am (Oak Hall).

Family flowers only please but donations if desired for Dove House Hospice and Queens Centre C.H.H, collection plate at the service.

All welcome afterwards at the Lodge Saltshouse Road.

We were so sorry to hear the very sad news of the passing of Debbie after a long illness bravely borne. We send our heartfelt sympathy to Dennis, Chloe, Jade and Luke and to our grandson Jack and to Kelly, Di. and all the family on your sad loss of someone very special. May you feel comfort and support knowing that Debbie is at peace now after her very brave fight. May she rest in peace and rise in glory. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
