Nova GraceHAWKINSSuddenly and unexpectedly passed away on 1st May 2024, aged 4 weeks.
Nova is an adored Daughter to Tanya and Lewis, much loved Sister to Autumn and Isaac and cherished Granddaughter who will be deeply missed by all her loving family.
A private family funeral service will be held, but if so desired a donation in Nova's memory can be made to "Nottingham Hospitals Charity"
