Having known Anna for 40 years, she was the loveliest person you could wish to meet. We lived opposite each other for many years and she was always there for everyone, so kind, considerate and loving. It was an honour to know her. Our thoughts are with Evan and all the family. Ann, Barry, Jayne and Liz x

I knew Anna from our time as nurses working at Chester Royal Infirmary. Typically she was kind and took me under her wing. Our friendship continued as chats over the front gate (I live opposite the entrance to her Avenue) or in the supermarket car park as we caught up on latest news in each other's lives.
I remember Anna as generous with her time who had a heart of gold. I will miss her.
So proud to have known you Anna. God bless.
Love from Pam x

God bless Anna, you were the most caring person I think I’ve know over the last 30 years! Always pottering and doing things for other people, making everyone welcome and never thinking of yourself first! A giver and a feeder! So sorry that I couldn’t be there and also spend time with you towards the end. Love Richard
