Gertrude MillicentWILLIAMS (nee Limer)Passed away peacefully on Saturday 18th June 2022 at the RSUH, Gertie/Trudie aged 98 years of Porthill. Re-united with her dearly loved husband Len, mother of Malcolm and her loving daughter Margaret, treasured nan of Adrian, Joanne and Michelle, cherished great nan of Dominic, Cameron, Kieron, Emma, Carl, Laura, Benjamin and a great great nan and auntie. Gertie/Trudie will be missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends. Service to take place on Wednesday 3rd August at Swanbank Church, Burslem at 1.00pm followed by cremation at Bradwell Crematorium. Will relatives please accept this intimation, friends kindly meet at the church. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Mencap. Even though I didn’t see you as much as I should of you were always in my thoughts, I was so proud to still have a Nan at my age and I always talked about you to my elderly patients and how I didn’t have to worry about you as you were looked after so well by Adrian and Joanne. Rest in peace my beautiful nan love you always and at least you’re with grandad now. You will be sadly missed love, hugs and kisses always Michelle xxx

We always tried to the best of our ability Nan to make sure you and Margaret were looked after over the past 17 plus years and will continue to do so with Marg. It wasn’t always easy but hopefully we did you proud.
