Much loved husband of Sharon (nee Dawson), son of Stuart and Veronica, brother of Nicky, Paul and James and Guy. Will be greatly missed by his and Sharons family and friends. Funeral service at West Bromwich Crematorium on 4th January at 3.15pm. Bright clothes and no flowers at Jacks request (He liked Purple). Donations if wished to Macmillan Cancer Support c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 36a High Street, Sutton Coldfield, B72 1UP.
