KarenCHETWYNPassed away peacefully at the Royal Derby Hospital on Wednesday 8th June 2016 aged 52 years. Loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and a dear friend to many. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Funeral service to take place at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel on Friday 1st July 2016 at 2:00pm followed by a service of celebration at St Peters Church, Chellaston at 3:00pm. Everyone is welcome to both services. By Karen's request bright colours are preferred. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired will be shared between Elaine's Angles and The Nightingale Macmillan Unit at the Royal Derby Hospital, (Cheques to G. E. S Donations Account) may be given at the Church service or sent to G. E. Simnett & Family Funeral Directors Ltd 65 High Street, Chellaston, Derby, DE73 6TB, Tel: 01332 690 211.
