JohnCORNESPassed away peacefully at Rutland Manor Nursing Home on 26th July 2020, aged 77 after a long illness. Beloved husband to the late Norma, much loved father to Pauline, Beverley and Gillian, grandfather to William and Edward and a dearly loved brother to Ann and Diane. A private family service will be held on Thursday 13th August at 1.30 pm. Donations may be given, if desired, directly to the Alzheimer's Society. Flowers may be received and all enquiries to Co-operative Funeralcare, Allenton. Tel: 01332 349925.

John was a colleague and great friend for many years at Rolls-Royce, Derby. We spent many weekday evenings exploring the caves of the Peak District. Great times and badly missed. My apologies for such a late note. I'm living in Florida now and only found the notice by accident.
