Philip MartinEVANS26th July 2023. Passed away peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 38 years. Loving Husband to Rachel, proud Dad to Roman and Sage, adored Son to Sheila and Martin, adored Brother of Holly, cherished Grandson to June and John. Philip will be missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 11:45 on Friday 18th August 2023. Donations, if so desired, towards Samaritans can be left in the offertory plate or sent c/o Dewi Glyn Jones Funeral Directors, 97 Llandudno Road, Penrhyn Bay, LL30 3HN. Tel 01492 544797.

Too early to say goodbye really Phil - we didn’t truly get to know you fully, but your demons proved too much. You were the one for Rach and she adored both you and the children. You were such a good Dad to them and Rach was so happy with your little family. Lots of love from both of us xxx
