Thomas (Tom)FERNSPassed away peacefully at Mother Redcaps on 17th April 2024 aged 91. Much loved Husband of Brenda, Dad to Mark, Kerry & Karen. Grandad to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Tom will be missed beyond words by all his family.

Funeral service to take place at Landican, Centre Chapel on Monday 13th May at 12 o'clock.

Family flowers only, if you would like make a donation in memory of Tom please make this to the Alzheimer’s Society.
