Grace ConstanceHAMLETTHAMLETT - GRACE CONSTANCE, June 6, 2020. Passed away peacefully at Glan Rhos Nursing Home, Brynsiencyn, of Wendon Drive, Amlwch formerly of Tywyn, aged 100 years. Loving mother of Malcolm. Proud grandmother of Stephen, Karen, Andrew, Lee and the late Brian. Great grandmother of Jenna, Hayley, Warren, Rachel, Daniel, Dean and Ceris. Great great grandmother of Osian, Holly, Arya, Ava, Mila, Oliver and Noah. Dear sister of the late Harry, Alan, John and Gordon. Grace will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. Private service and interment for the family only at Tywyn Cemetery, Gwynedd, Wales, Wednesday 17th June 2020 at 1pm. No flowers but donations will be gratefully accepted in memory of Grace towards Glan Rhos Nursing Home.
