John FrederickSMITHPeacefully passed away at Hayward House, City Hospital Nottingham on 19th December 2019, aged 73 years. The dearly loved husband of Johanne, loving dad of Krystal, Darren & Craig, step-father to Craig, Adam & Lee, devoted granddad to George, Daisy, James, Brooklyn, Lily-May, Miilee, Lara & Harriett, father-in-law to Fiona & Sally and brother to Margaret, Jean, Linda & David. John was born and raised in Cotes Heath, so it is his final wish to be buried at St James Church. The Funeral Service will be held at St. James Church, Cotes Heath on Friday 17th January at 11.30am followed by the burial. The wake is to take place at Cotes Heath Village Hall, after the burial, all are welcome. Will all family and friends please meet at the church. No flowers by request, but if desired a donation may be made to 'When you wish upon a star', Futurist House, Valley Road, Nottingham NG5 1JE 0115 979 1720 or Hayward House, South Road, City Hospital Nottingham NG5 1PB 0115 969 1169.
