Michael Geoffrey (Mike)BENNIONSadly passed away peacefully in his sleep at home in his favourite chair on the evening of Tuesday 26th March 2024, aged 85.

Dearly loved husband for 60 years to Irene. Caring and supportive father to David, Michael and Stephen, as well as father-in-law to both Maeve and Tracey. Proud Grandfather to Jack, Thomas, Becca, Jamie and Katina.

Main funeral service to take place at Syke Methodist Church (to which he was both steward and treasurer for over 50 years) on Friday 3rd May at 11am, with the crematorium service at Rochdale Crematorium at 12.40pm.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Syke Methodist Church.

Sadly, will be missed by all.

The family wishes to express its heart felt gratitude to those who had helped and supported Mike and family during both his long life and recent passing.
