DerekANDREWSThe family of the late Derek would like to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their cards, messages of sympathy and donations that will be divided between Springhill Hospice and the Community COPD Team. A special thank you to the staff on ward 21 at Fairfield Hospital for their care and support they gave Dad during this very difficult time. Thank you to Patricia Tidy for her kind words and beautiful service and special thanks to Abigail and all staff at Dixons Funeral Service for their kindness, understanding and efficient arrangements.
