Sara GraceCROOKES (Sally)CROOKES - SARA GRACE (Sally), March 23rd, 2021. Peacefully at her home, Garreg-Wen, Bwlch Derwin, Garndolbenmaen aged 78 years. Beloved Wife of the late Mike Crookes. Loving mother to Deborah and Sam, and fond Mother in law to Mair. Caring Grandmother to Tove, Lois, Daniel and the late Lewis. Due to current restrictions private funeral service at Bangor Crematorium on Tuesday 6th April 2021 at 1:30pm. The hearse will leave Garreg-Wen at 12:25pm approx. Family flowers only but donations in memory gratefully accepted towards Wales Air Ambulance and Diabetes UK. Further enquiries to Paragon Funeral Directors, Water Street, Penygroes.
