Jack LynADAMS (Gelli)Gelli Passed away 20th September 2021. In loving memory of Jack. Sadly missed and will always be remembered by your loving wife Ann, daughters Elizabeth and Claire, grandchildren Kate and Jac and sons-in-law Ian and Nigel and his brother Howard. We his family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their support over our recent bereavement, thanks are also extended to the Willows Care Home for the care given to Jack, also to Ward A1 at Ysbyty Cwm Rhondda. Ferndale Funeral Care for the arrangements for the service, also to the Officiant Mr Jonathan Jenkins who did a wonderful job honouring Jack's life. A special thank you for all donations received for Dementia UK. To everyone who reached out to us during our time of mourning, we are grateful for your continued support and love during our time of need. Jack Lyn Adams will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
