Patricia AnnSOURBUTTSPeacefully on Sunday 30th August at Prince Philip Hospital, Ann, of Llangennech. Beloved wife of the late Richard, devoted Mam of Kevin, Geraint, Michael, Mary and Peter, loving Mother-in-law of Carol, Claire, Dawn and Faye. Much loved Mamgu of Lauren and her husband Sam, Richard, Violet, William, Jay and Craig. Cherished Sister of the late Gareth and Margaret, and Sister-in-law of Tony, Mavine and George. Ann will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to all the staff of Ward 5, AMAU, and ITU of Prince Philip Hospital for all their excellent care, compassion, kindness and support shown to Ann and family.
We would also like to thank friends and family for all their messages of support and condolences during this sad time.
Ann had a kind and caring nature and a warm soul; she was devoted to her family and always put them first. Her unwavering warmth, kindness compassion and strength was a constant support, we will carry those precious memories and treasure them forever.
We will miss you so much but your unconditional love and care you gave us will guide us through all our lives, rest in peace Mam.
Funeral service will take place on Friday 25th September at 4pm at Llanelli Crematorium.
