MarijaDURICMarija (known as Mara) passed away in hospital, aged 91 years.
Now at peace in the arms of the Lord.
Beloved wife of the late Gliso Duric, dearly loved Mum to Milica, Veselka, Marija and Danica; mother-in-law to the late Momcilo, and to Peter and Simon; Baba to her grandchildren Aleksandra, Mihaila, Suzana, Natalie, Kristofer, Gorran and Zora and to her great-grandchildren Danilo, Anja and Mija.
She will be forever cherished and missed.
The funeral will be held at St George's Serbian Orthodox Church on 23rd November 2026 at 11am, followed by burial at Gilroes Cemetery at 12.30pm and a funeral reception after at the Holiday Inn, Welford Road, Wigston.
Flowers or a donation to the British Heart Foundation are welcome.
