Caroline (Nee West)BOOTHPassed away at the Nightingale Macmillan Unit on 2nd March 2012, aged 68 years, after a long illness borne with great courage. Dearly beloved wife of the late Monty, much loved mum of Gavin, Brendan, Darcy, Darren and Daniel, devoted nana to Aaron, Sammie, Nigel, Cheryl, Matt, Jon, Tommy, Olivia, Gracie and Henry, great-nana to Ella and loved sister of Verna and Cooke. Caroline will be sadly missed by all her family and many friends. Funeral Tuesday 27th March, service 12.30pm at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel). Floral tributes may be sent to Co-operative Funeralcare, 177, Chaddesden Lane, Chaddesden or donations if desired for 'Nightingale Macmillan C.C. Unit' or 'Pancreatic Cancer UK' may be given at the service. All enquiries Tel 01332-281442

You can shed tears that she is gone


Or you can smile because she has lived


You can close your eyes and pray that she will come back


Or you can open your eyes and see all that she has left


Your heart can be empty because you can't see her


Or you can be full of the love that you shared


You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday


Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday


You can remember her and only that she is gone


Or you can cherish her memory and let it live on


You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back


Or you can do what she would want: smile, open your eyes love and go on.


You are now free from pain and that dreadful, cruel disease and with Monty, your true love again.


Love you always, you will be in our hearts forever.
