BENNETTColin Peacefully, 9th February 2015, aged 76. Ilkeston Grammar School, BA MA Balliol College Oxford. Acclaimed novelist, playwright, and biographer, he had a world-wide reputation for his work. Grandson of Isaac Cohen, son of Reginald and Tilly Bennett all of Long Eaton. He was always extremely grateful to his mentor, Dr Robert Arnold. Survived by his loving wife Philomena Muinzer, Cathleen Windmill and Doreen.
