ElaineMARRENNee Tegart Aged 71 years. Sadly passed away after a short and sudden period of illness at
Nottingham Queens Medical Centre the evening of
Sunday 2nd September 2018.

A beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, friend and true matriarch in so many aspects of her life and community.
Elaine is best remembered for her endless contribution to the Nottingham Irish community, in particular as a founder and spearhead of the Nottingham St Patrick's Day Parade and too her thirty years devotion to her place of work, the Psychotherapy Training Institute which she had retired from in just July of this year, her achievements however are many and will be fondly and readily recalled by all who knew her, she is proudly and forever remembered by her husband Michael Marren, children Julie, Michael, Amanda, Teresa and Helena, 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Elaine will be received by the
Good Shepherd Church, Woodthorpe, NG5 4HT on Wednesday 12th September at 6.45pm.
Requiem Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday 13th of September at 11.30am followed by burial at
Redhill Cemetery, NG5 8NT at 1.00pm.
Reception will follow at the
Greyfriars Club, Gordon Road.

Donations in lieu of floral tributes made payable to
Nottingham Hospital Charity

So sad to hear of Elaine's passing. She was always to kind to me during my time at SPTI and I have fond memories of her and of her retirement. I am away from Nottingham but send my thoughts and love to family. With love. Donna
