ALFRED MADDOCKMADDOCK. Alfred Gavin DIC, MRSC, ScD Cantab, DSc Louvain, Emeritus Reader in Radiation Chemistry, Emeritus Fellow and former President of St Catharine's College, Cambridge, died peacefully on Sunday, April 5th, 2009, aged 91 years. Beloved husband to Margaret, proud father of John, Owen, Robert and loving grandfather to Lloyd, Nadia, Lewis, Thomas and Rosie, great-grandfather to Amy. Funeral service will be held at Cambridge City Crematorium in the West Chapel, on Friday, April 17th, at 1.30pm.
