With great sadness on Tuesday 31st July 2007 at Singleton Hospital after a determined and courageous fight, that inspired us all Jan, devoted and dearly loved daughter of Jesse and the late John, precious sister and soul mate of Jerry, cherished aunty of Jane, Alexander, Cameron, Hannah, Emily and Kate, kind sister-in-law to Lynne. Funeral Friday 10th August when a service will be held 12.00 noon., at Swansea Crematorium. Family flowers only please but donations if so desired may be made to Ty Olwen kindly received by St James Funeral Home, 31 St James Gardens Uplands, Swansea, SA1 6DT. Jan brought wit, warmth and generosity to all her family and many friends, and will be greatly missed by all. Black mourning attire not essential, colours preferred please.
