John JanBASTICKwould like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind messages of sympathy and support on the sad loss of John, also for the many donations in aid of The Upton Medical Support Trust. Special thanks go to MAU, Avon 1 and Aspen Wards at Worcestershire Royal Hospital and The Upton Surgery Complex Care Team for their kindness, care and attention during John's illness. John was a very special man who touched so many lives as was shown with the many people who attended his Funeral on Thursday 29th April 2010. Thank you to everyone.
