PatriciaHOURMONTPeacefully on November 4th at Llys Herbert care home, Patricia, aged 97 passed away, loving wife to the late Robert Hourmont, and loving mother of Anthony, the late Laurence, Rita, Mark, Nick, Trisha and Hilary, grandmother to Lewis, Gaby, Paolo, Nina, Elliot, Robbie, Andrew and Paul, and great grandmother to a family extended across the globe. Patricia was a wonderful lady, greatly loved, and will be missed by her family. Resting at James Summers, Roath Court, before her service at Thornhill Crematorium, The Briwnant Chapel, on Thursday 21st November at 1pm, followed by interment at Thornhill Cemetery.
