BarrieTOPLISIt is with great sadness to announce that Baz fell peacefully to sleep after a long illness bravely borne. Much loved husband of the late Joan, long time devoted and loved partner of Sue, beloved dad of Debbie and Sarah, father-in-law of Des and Richard. granddad Baz to Amy-Jo and Ryan and their partners Jonnie and Jade, great granddad Baz to Archie, Lois, Vinnie and Betsy. Brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.

He will be missed by all who knew him especially Friends he and Sue had through their love of singing.

A Celebration of Baz's life will be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Tuesday 10th November at 11am.

Flowers are welcome and may be sent directly to Central COOP Funeral, 177 Chaddesden lane, Chaddesden. Derby. DE21 6LJ, or donations in loving memory of Baz to benefit British Heart Foundation and/or Dementia Uk may be made by visiting funeral-notices.co.uk or may be placed in the donation box at the Service.

A lovely guy who will be sadly missed. Thank you for all the support you gave us, in Benidorm, with your lovely singing and also at the Gate, Langwith. I’m now picturing you being laid to rest in your shorts, (little joke between us). Rest in Peace dear friend. Judith and Fred. 🌹💙xx
