Beloved daughter to the late Gwen and Bill Evans of Birchgrove, dear sister of Jean, Nan and Mary, dearest aunt to her nieces and nephews.
Fay will be sadly missed by all her family and the wonderful carers at Drummau Road Bungalow who cared for Fay for many years.
Funeral will be held at St Samlet Church Yard, Church Road, Llansamlet on Wednesday 15th January at 12:30pm.
