EdwardCOOKEPassed away peacefully aged 90 years. Adored husband to Phyllis and loving dad to Tony and Angela. A wonderful Grandad and great Grandad,

Teddy will be sorely missed by everyone.

Teddy's Funeral Service will be held at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs' Church on Wednesday 17th June at 11.15am followed by a committal at St Helen's Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
