A much loved and dearly missed dad, grandad and brother.
Funeral service and cremation to take place on Tuesday October 27th at 10.30am in the Chapel of St Hilda, Teesside Crematorium. Would friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel.
To my Dad: The moment you left me, my heart was split in two. One side was filled with memories, the other side died with you. I often lay awake at night when the world is fast asleep, and take a walk down memory lane with tears upon my cheek. Remembering you is easy, I do it every day. But, missing you is a heartache that never goes away. I hold you tightly within my heart and there you will remain. You see, life has gone on without you but I'll never be the same. God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So, he put his arms around you and whispered "come to me." With tearful eyes we watched you and saw you pass away and although we love you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, your body finally at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, he only takes the best. Sleep tight Grandad. Love you 'all the world and 80 bob', Rhiannon and Ross xxxxx
