Beloved husband of Jean, much loved father of Jane, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Former RAF navigator, awarded MBE in 1963, later CBE for public service in Wales.
Funeral service at Thornhill Crematorium on 29th April at 12 noon. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Diabetes UK.
