RitaBRIGGS(Neé Gibson) On 20th September 2024 Rita the beloved and devoted wife of Peter passed away peacefully at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary aged 90 years, formerly living 86 years of her life in Deighton and most recently in Marsh. A very special and loving mum of Mark and Lesley, a loving and adored grandma of Francesca and Alex also a super proud great grandma of Louis and Casper and a very dear mother in law of Margaret. A Service of Celebration for Rita's life will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium Fixby on Tuesday 15th October at 10.30am. Family flowers only please by request, donations if desired may be given to benefit the work of Cancer Research UK for which a donation box will be placed at the Service for this purpose.
