Even so young you had a strong sense of fairness and loyalty and were always fiercely protective of family and friends - ready to stand up for others against all comers. A real character and natural leader who loved his family and friends and generated loyalty and respect that still persists.
As a young man you built on all those admirable qualities and values - living your best life as a strong, decent, caring and principled man who had the love and deep respect of all who knew him. Even now when we meet your childhood friends, now grown men, they still weep with us for the loss of their mate - but this is always followed up with old tales and laughter. That enduring love is the measure of the boy, the man, our brother. Deeply missed. Catherine, Boo and families.
