Loving and much loved wife of John, devoted mum of Christopher (dec'd), Penny, Andrew (dec'd) and Debbie and sons-in-law Chris and Chris. Cherished and adored nana to Luke, Charlie, Harry, Sam, Phoebe and Jack. A celebration of Hazel's life will take place at St Peter's Church, Noss Mayo on Friday 27th July at 2.30pm.
