A personal tribute to Helen Fleur Hughes

We first met at the wonderful Royal Holloway College, University of London.
Our time together was extraordinary, but very sadly it turned out to be all too brief.
In 2014, a cruel twist of fate took you from this world.
Ten years later, all my memories of you remain joyful and remarkably vivid.
Long may they last.
Rest in peace.

The 7 years spent with you were the happiest in my life. At 10.15pm 10 years ago, on Friday 4th July 2014, my world was shattered when I was told you had died. My life changed forever, and it is only through divine intervention, getting a church organist job over 3 years later, that I have come to Faith, so know that we will meet again.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." John 3:16.
It's never Farewell when someone dies, but Hasta la vista.
