Beloved daughter of the late Bill and Nicky Wells; loving sister of Eva, Jane, Karen and the late Julia and Jim, and a dear sister-in-law and Aunt.
Service at St. Asaph Crematorium on Friday 1 November at 3:00pm.
Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully received in memory of Anne towards Alzheimer's Society.
