Dr BrianBRACEWELLSadly passed away peacefully with his family by his side on the 21st October 2024 aged 91 years.
Much loved husband to the late Glenys. Beloved father to Martyn and Wendy and devoted grandfather to Michael, Katherine, Elisabeth, Alan and William.
Dr Bracewell will be very sadly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral service to take place at St Thomas' Church, Rhyl on Monday 18th November 2024 at 1pm followed by the committal at Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium, St Asaph.
Family flowers only please but if desired donations in memory of Dr Bracewell will be gratefully received for St Kentigern Hospice.
