JohnCHAPPELLAged 76 years, sadly passed away peacefully on Monday 4th June 2018 at Southmead Hospital with his daughter, Sonia and son, Tyrone at his side.
He will be forever missed by family and friends but at peace now and reunited with the love of his life and wife 'Char'.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday
22nd June at South Bristol Crematorium at 3.45pm. Donations only if desired to South Bristol Dialysis Unit.
