Jim passed away peacefully on
22nd December at Teesside Hospice
after a Valiant fight.
He will be greatly missed by his many friends
and loved always by his family.
AMENDED FUNERAL DETAILS
The funeral service will take place 12 noon on Monday 16th JanuarySt Nicholas Church, Guisbrough followed by a private cremation.
Donations in lieu of flowers,
if so desired desired will be equally divided to the Neuroscience Department (James Cook Hospital) and Teesside Hospice.
