Cortege is to leave his home on Wednesday, 12th June 2019 at 09.15am for committal at Macclesfield Crematorium, prior to a service of thanksgiving for Trevor's life at Trinity Methodist Church Congleton at 10.45am. At request of the family, bright clothes and football shirts are to be worn. Family flowers only, donations if desired, to either East Cheshire Hospice or The Christie.
