Stella Cole for her kind and comforting ministrations and all those who attended the Thanksgiving Service for Jack. We would also like to thank Jacks friends at New Mills Ramblers, the dedicated members of the Kinder Mountain Rescue Team and the professionalism shown by the Police, Paramedics and The Air Ambulance
