BrendaSAUL(Low Fell) Peacefully in Springfield House on 18th June aged 88 years, Brenda (nee Lister). Dearly loved wife of George, dearest mother of Phil, Helen and Ian, dear mother-in-law of Ruth, Mark and Sandra and much loved Grandma of Adam, Angus, Eleanor, Pippa, Jack, Charlie and Clara. A private family funeral will be held at Saltwell Crematorium on Friday 26th June at 10.30am. The service will be available to watch online. Please contact the funeral director for log in details. Farewell dear Brenda
It was your time to go
Your friendship was a blessing
And we shall miss you so
We shared a few secrets
You brightened up our days
You brought us so much happiness
With your kind and loving way
You lifted up our spirits
When we were feeling Blue
No matter what was happening 
You Two knew just what to do 
We ran between the Fairways
And walked between the putts
During our time at Beamish and the Lakes
Which we all loved so much
Brenda we had a lot of fun
Through the ups and downs of life
From the good times and the sad
Brenda you were a friend we had
From now until when.

So so sad to hear of the passing of Brenda who I know was the love of your life George. She was a lovely lady. My thoughts are with you and with your family. I spoke to Brenda every day when I visited my husband John in The Springfield. Love to you all at this sad time Norah Borthwick. X
