Passed away peacefully at Ysbyty Gwynedd with her devoted husband Ronnie by her side.
Loving Mam to Donna, Bev and the late Angela. Cherished Nain to Leon, Callum, Osian and recently great-Nain to Arabella. Dear sister of Ronnie Evans and the late Dennis, Noel, Norma and Yvonne.
Funeral service to be held in Bangor Crematorium Chapel at 11am on Monday 12th August 2024, followed by interment in Bangor Cemetery.
Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Sylvia would be gratefully received towards St David's Hospice.
