JohnHOOKPassed away peacefully at Southmead Hospital on 17th July 2018 aged 86. Treasured Dad of Paula and Terrina, cherished Nangnang of Alice, Andrew, Jessica and Jack and much loved brother.
"You were our world".
Funeral service and celebration of John's life to be held at St Mary's Church, Almondsbury on Monday 6th August at 11am followed by a burial. Donations if desired for Carers Support may be given on the day.
