WallaceHOLMES('Wally') 21 November 1931 - 31 August 2024
We are saddened to announce the passing of Wallace "Wally" Holmes on 31 August 2024, at home in Beeston aged 92 years, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Hyson Green on 21 November 1931, Wally is survived by his three children, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his partner, Anne Blackwell, in May 2024.
A funeral service will be held at 1.00pm on Monday 23rd September, at Bramcote Crematorium - Serenity Chapel in Nottingham.
For those attending the service, formal attire is not necessary. Donations to the British Red Cross are appreciated in lieu of flowers.
