The obituary notice of Glen LAITY

Our uncle and great uncle Glen will be remembered by us all with very fond memories. The days and indeed evenings spent in his company were filled with joy and above all great humour. Many of his jokes and sayings are used by us all and will continue to do so. He never forgot a birthday card for any of us, usually a very funny one! Rest in peace you wonderful man. So sad to hear the passing of this wonderful man , Glen was loved by all who knew him and will be sorely missed.

Glen was a wonderful caring, considerate and very loving partner to me, with a quick infectious wit who was beautiful inside and out. He will be greatly missed by me and by all who knew him for his kindness and willingness to help others. Rest easy now my sweet boy loved for ever by me your sweet girl Val xxx

Glen was a true gentleman, unassuming, kind and caring and always considerate of others.
As an Avionics Engineer he travelled the World with his job but was never boastful of his achievements.
He had many interests and was an accomplished guitarist and amused us all with his ventriloquist skills. I will miss his very quick and often quirky sense of humour.
Rest in Peace, dear Glen.
