DouglasMARCHSuddenly at home on 10th July aged 68 years, Douglas. Dearly loved son of Ron and the late Molly, dearest brother of Susan, Derek, Donald and the late David and a much loved brother in law, uncle and great uncle.

Friends invited to service at Holy Trinity Church, Marigold Avenue, Gateshead on Tuesday 30th July at 11am. Private cremation to follow. All welcome afterwards for refreshments at church. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu in memory of Douglas may be made at the service

Teach us to number our days Lord that we may have a heart of wisdom. I honour and acknowledge our precious Lord Jesus Christ who used Dougie to bring glory to His Name. Thank you Jesus for using Dougie to change my life forever in 1994 when he presented the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ on Northumberland street in Newcastle and I gave my life to Jesus that day. Dougie was a bold and fearless preacher of God’s living Word. Dougie is absent from the body but present with the Lord. Hallelujah! His faith has become sight and he is now enjoying the very presence of Jesus Christ our precious Saviour and Lord who he loved and Dougie is more alive now than he’s ever been! Love Angela xxx
